shift gate console plate, how rare is this

I recently aquired this e body console plate with Shift Gate instead of slapstik. So far all I've found out about it is that this is what the original slapstik was called. Just wondering how rare it actaully is. I'll post a picture shortly.

74 shift plate...
70 = round shifter & Slap Stik
71-73 = rectangular shifter & Slap Stik
74 = round shifter & Shift Gate

@1WildRT interesting, on B bodies only site there was someone who posted that was used in august of 69 on the original e bodies then changed to slap stik in early 70, where did you get your info from, it's got me curious

I've parted out dozens of 72-74 E bodies.... Two 74's, both had the Shift Gate...
