Does the one with the roller installed allow the roller pivot spherically? i.e. like a ball joint.

I know I did these on my car but its been over 13 years ago.

The deal is, the one on the left installs into a bracket via the roller. The one on the right bolts to the same bracket. I had them confused.

and yes, both have ball ends that pivot.

I've been there. The manual isn't he best. It took me several weekends just to get the quarter glass aligned.
