1970 dart swinger 340 4-speed #'s matching w/build sheet

I have a 1970 dart swinger 340 4-speed factory sublime green with all number matching drivetrain and the build sheet. The problem is it needs a lot of rust repair. Frame rails (front and rear), front inner fenders, front fenders, quarters, torsion/ trans support, and front floor boards. The doors, hood w/scoops, trunk, glass, bumpers and dash are all in good condition and removed and stored. The car would have to be stiffened and put on a rotisserie to replace all the body parts. Should I part it out or see if someone would want to buy it complete?
I am afraid it's just too much for me to tackle. I have never done anything this extensive.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
 
I would say hunt Craigslist for a used rotisserie and work at it slowly. Even numbers match wont bring much in todays world in pieces. Get as many parts used like the rails to save more money. Instead of saying you cant handle it go slow think it through and you would be amazed how much you can really do.
 

any idea how rare (or production numbers) for a 1970 sublime green with black vinyl top 340 4-speed is?
 
I am not sure as I have not researched the 67 and newer but I believe actual factory high impact color cars are rare. That is not counting the cars everyone has painted high impact since factory color.
 
In that condition it will cost ALOT probally 2X more to restore than it will sell for when done, and that's if you do ALL the work yourself. That said, if you love the car enough, restore it, its a cool color combo.
 
If you want a car that you can work on and drive soon, but a running $2k a-body and put the 70 on a rotisserie and restore it as you can. If you're not in any kind of rush, bypass the $2k car part. Either way a factory high impact 340 car should be saved if at all possible
 
I have a 1969 roadrunner I can drive...so time is not a problem. Just trying to figure out if it's worth my time and money at this point or better to give it to someone else...either way I would like to see it restored for sure.
