1970 Duster Filler Neck Seal

I am having the floor replaced in my '70 Duster. I want to replace the filler neck seal at the same time. a seal for a '70 is not avaiable but the seal for a '71 is, what is the difference? Does the vehicle line exit threw the seal?

I think it is the same except forthe vent tube . 71 doesn't have one do to impact collision protection
