1970 Swinger Hood & Deck Lid

Hi Guys - Need help please. I'm going to buy a spare hood and trunk lid for my 70 Swinger. Question is - Are they the same from a 2 door or 4 door car? I'd think so, but not sure. There's a guy near me with a 4 door 70 that I could get them from.
