1971 Demon start...( Pic overload!!)

Well My old thread seems to be gone! I got my Demon from a field in 07...And it sat till 09 In my garage slowly being pulled apart... Its a 71 with 72 fenders(being modded)

Here it is when i found it in the field..

Now its got a few more things to go before paint but those always seem to take there time!

Plans are to have it painted hopefully look good and start putting it back together!! Haha Its going to be a 360 with a 4spd A833 has a 8 3/4 Sure grip and Will have a black interior with some white highlights in seats i think once its done but the interior will take some time!

Nice, speaking of demons in a field, guy down the street from has a 71 demon and two 67 or 68 darts have been trying to get either one dart or the demon from him for over ten years he does nothing with them

Hey Thanks everyone! Havent done much from the spring because of being busy with other stuff plus dude i got a steering column off doesnt have the right one so now i think i will get a aftermarket one.. Anyone have a good place to order from that would fit to my original steering box. I'm waiting for a few other things from the dude then i can move on a bit more... I will check on the A59 fender tag thing soon too!

here is how she sits...I will be shaving off the side marker lights and I still dont know what i will do with the chrome strips above each door if i will put them on or shave them off or fix them up nice and just paint them....

really rare package, it came with special rallye wheels and a 318. also, the grille was painted body color. Not many A59 cars pop-up. They only came in a few different colors too. I know I'd love to have a Demon Sizzler, alot of guys would.8) I got the A65 Package. which would be the 70-71 Dart GT, also really uncommon. Both cars are uncommon because the fact that they didn't come with 340s and they cost more than a 340 car did.:-D

Good news!! Boss at work said i can work on my car on the weekends or after work so i will be trailering it on wed or Thursday and starting this weekend ! Friday will be ordering day of Linkage parts i need Pics hopefully to follow this weekend!!
