1971 duster 340 steel wheel color?

Did the 14" steel wheels come painted black or body color? How can I tell from my broadcast sheet?

Look in the body section of the service manual. It has the paint codes for the outside stuff, like argent...

i agree. full wheel covers they were black... dog dishes they were body color...
