1971 Duster brake conversion

looking to change my 340 duster to the 4.5 lug pattern and need advice on what needs to be changed.it has discs on front no power brakes drum rear with 8.75 diff.

I just switch over my front not too long ago..installed a Wilwood system didn't need to change any thing (ie: lower ball joints or upper control arms) bolted right on car stops on a dime now.and took another 35lbs off the frontend well worth my money spent
