Hey there Gang I'm new to the mopar world and forums but I getting a hold of it pretty good. Here is a back story on this Scamp, I bought my car by trading a rifle and I'm still not sure if it was a even trade :sign3: for it but what the hell it was going to to crusher for sure if I didn't save it. The owner had the car since 1988 and 2 years ago he desired to completely gut the car and make all out drag. Well like some folks they get half way and other things pop up. So lucky me I get the privilege to restore this monster. :violent1: I'm still going to leave it all out drag but with a twist goal is to run Drag Week... So it has to be some what "street-able"
So a little about myself I have been turning wrenches since I was a young pup. I join the Army at 18 and turn a wrench for them on a few different continents 10 years later, now I spend my time either in college, doing overseas contract for the DOD or having fun with my 3 boys hope you all enjoy looking foward to the last page on this forum!!!:burnout:

Thank you Bomber! Got a lot of work ahead of me but going to be well worth it.

Glad you're saving it, good progress already! Scamps are cool, and a nasty drag/street one is even better!

good luck- hopefully one of the things you give it is a correctly installed stripe :D
I'm Sure glad I'm not the only one that bothers lol! I have been doing a WTF moment every time I look at the car. :violent1: I will make sure it gets done right this time around!

So it has been a good long minute since I have seen this page and my car for the that matter, because it has been to dang cold out in my screen door for a barn! So while i was hibernating for the winter I had a few plans that I made up on making a full rotisserie for the car.I also wanted to finish up some welding on the fire wall this is what I came up with..... Enjoy! lol
