Very rare and hard to find 1971 Thermoquad 4972S J0 code correct for 4 Speed Car with DR1114429 Idol Solenoid, all of which now look like a PICASSO Piece of Art. This fresh from Harms Restoration the best in the business. This looks like a fine piece of Jewelry. Can send detailed pics. I hate to sell these items as i know i will not be able to replace them, but with no car it really makes no sense to keep them. The price is $1200.00 for everything plus shipping from Florida.

I guess you dont realize that this is a very rare carb 4 speed only, that has a full restoration which was not cheap and that the solenoid is more rare then the carb, solenoid cores sell for $375 and up if you can even find one and this one is restored.

I really though comments like this where not suppose to be posted, guess we wil see if the moderators are doing thier jobs

rebuildable 4 speed core 4972 will be at least $300, and a core solinoid $250 to 300 probably closer to $300 now that the economy is a little better. then send everything out to get rebuild shafts redone and replated its a good deal. i have 4 of the auto ones and it took a couple years for me to find a ok solenoid, your fighting it out with the 440+6 and HEMI guys for the solenoid so for us lowly 340 guys its a major score. and Harms is the best. price is in line.

Carb and soleniod have been sold and someone has just got a great deal the way I look at it.

It all boils down to if you want to play you got to pay. Or run with the big dogs or stay on the porch... Nice piece and I'm sure the buyer is extremely happy.
