Hi all, I have been looking at getting back into the MOPAR fold and I found a 1972 340 3spd Duster.
The car has had some mods done to it, like the motor is a little hotter now and the 3spd is goine, replaced by an automatic. The pedels are there just tucked up out of the way so it can be converted back.
I think this car has its numbers matching block. I've talked to so many people on cars I can't keep them all straight.
Well now to my question. How rare is a 340 3spd Duster?
I had a 70 Challenger R/T that was a 383 3spd car and if memory serves me right it was one of 380 cars made with that combo.
So tell me what I should look for in the Duster and problem areas. I've owned B and E body cars but never an A body car. I have always loved the Dart, Demon and Dusters.
Thanks everyone.
