1972 Dodge Colt

Weber tuning tomorrow.
If transmission spins good and carbs tune, I am going to try Sunday nite at Xtreme to TNT.

Didn't make it out, just too much stuff around the house.
Broken sprinkler pipes, tree damage from winds and hail, and electrician working on the shop.
I did get the engine tuned and the trans run in, so I am ready.
Going to the Dallas Mopar Show next weekend, should be fun, and cooler.

Another FaceBook picture showed up, thanks Scott Six Gun!

Did you actually drive it any to see if you could tell a difference?

No Rusty, just up on stands and ran through the gears.
I let it idle and let the gears get friendly with each other.
I will let you know what it does.
I know it won't be like 2 seconds better but if it 60s better, I will be happy.

You'd better put the wheelie bars on!

The bias is more on the front than rear, I think I will be ok.
Not planning on a 6000 RPM launch, yet.......

It was really cool to see the car in person and meet you! Hope you got an award yesterday. The car looked great. Couldn’t stay till the end, had to get back to CA.

Ian, it was so cool to meet you and so unexpected!
I wish we could have talked more, and I forgot to get your picture!
Thanks for taking the time and stopping by to talk.
I got a second place trophy.
But meeting friends, making new ones and enjoying the show was the real trophy!

Awesome on the trophy, the car definitely deserves it. Hopefully I make back out to Texas soon.

You might think that but the HOA says the trailer has to be out of sight.
So the 800 square foot garage turns into 400 square feet.
Those three letters should be banned in that grouping.

Nice garage, I'd love to add on to mine, never enough space.
