Isn't the air cleaner wrong for 1972 ?

For me it looks right for 1972

Isn't the air cleaner wrong for 1972 ?

From the photo is looks correct for 72 or 73. If it has the fresh air flapper door on the floor of the air cleaner it would be correct for his 72. If it’s got no flapper air door then it’s a year off.

70/71 air cleaners are the (expensive) un-silenced ones.

You would think ,if a guy wants to sell a car he would at least clean it up a bit.

Not everyone has the time or are on location - most can see through what's presented along with the information - but agree some are a joke.

Thought 1972 was a one year only with the two openings - maybe that was a non-Cali built car.
