1972 Plymouth Scamp Paint Job

My Scamp has been painted and I have some of the dreaded orange peel down the sides. I live in the San Gabriel Valley area, i.e. Pasadena. Looking for any recommendations of people or places that would be willing to sand, buff and or polish the orange peel out. Thank you in advance.

Base/Clear, and the color is black.
