Offhand, do you know if the 3 speed wiper switch will work on an earlier year prestolite V speed wiper motor?

The 73 switch is one year only. What year motor do you have?

1967 V speed i painstakingly restored, and i have a used 1973 3 speed switch. Just wondering if it would operate the 67 V speed like its a 3 speed unit.
