I am working to make my 1973 Duster 340 as close to matching stock/fender tag as I can. It is actually in great shape mechanically and body wise so a lot of little annoying things. As you can see from the Fender Tag it has the V21 Performance Hood. I do not think that meant hood pins or hood scoop, the previous owner did not put in scoops but did put on hood pins. He also didn't put the matte black hood treatment on either. I am going to put the hood back as it should be, but wondered if the hood pins are part of the V21 code.
