5 bolts attach the dash are put in from the top down. Their heads are hidden under the rubber windshield gasket. If you don't want to remove the windshield and gasket you'll need to remove the heater case and fresh air vent so you can use a die grinder to defeat the 'U' nuts those bolts go into. New hardware, 'U' nuts poked under the gasket and bolts installed from bottom up.
