Hey guys i'm looking at a 1974 dart a nice honest driver turn key car (360-727-8 3/4 3.55) but man are the '73 up darts ugly. Wondering if anyone could post pics of a good looking '74 dart to help sway me. the car is local-rust free (b5 blue) it's just the year that hurts it.

That's a beautiful car, and if it's a factory 360-727-8 1/4 - great combo. That beak is nothing to worry about. People are so quick to make negative comments. Don't pay attention to the nay sayers more often that not they are wrong!

My first car was a 74 Dart Sport. I miss that car all the time. Super fun with the fast back looks that come with those cars. You can't go wrong because it's still a sweet V8 Mopar that's sure to hold its value. I agree about the bumperettes though toss those in the trash!

I love mine....only thing I hate on my 74 is the tailights and the heavy bumpers
It could be worse.... although this takes 80 pounds off the nose.
Painting the grille ups the cool factor this was my '73,also notice I removed the "bumperettes". I did later change the sheet metal over to '72 though .
