My first old car I'm doing up. Bought from a friend for a very good price. Not going to go with a full classic resto, going for a more custom tuned look. Rebuilt 318 with mid-late 80's swirl port heads, LD4B high rise intake, new Doug's Headers (installing as soon as they show up), and superstock leafs to name a few things. Also looking for a decent priced 8 3/4 rear... It's a small build for now. Would like to go supercharged down the road. Fat in the back, blown and whistlin' up front.
Refinished front grill in black
Sanded interior ceiling, dash, steering column (switching to manual column soon), and repainted
Cut out rusted rear floor pan spots, welded in new patches, fiberglass over it all, bed liner spray to top it off
Cleaned up engine bay
Underside is up next for cleaning up, can't wait...
Redoing the electrical--it's in rough shape. Possibly a blind person attempted doing it at some point.
