no need to change the intake, its already a 4bbl, so he'd just have to switch it to a none leanburn carb, swap out t lean burn dizzy for a electronic one and wire up the ballist resistor and orange box.

if i had the space/time/money i would love to get 77-79 2 door lebaron, one with t-tops would be really nice

Body work and paitn, add some nice wheels, and it would be a a killer modern cruiser.

I down with that! Just hate them signal lights up high, like'em down low.

Ditch the lean burn for a basic carb and intake, and distributor.
Presuming no smog, you could also ditch the multiple cat converter setup, and go with a single high flow or none at all, high flow single exhaust 3" to let it breateh. Body work and paitn, add some nice wheels, and it would be a a killer modern cruiser.

I agree, too cool to part out! If it was around here for sale I'd buy it today!

Well I decided to pass on the LeBaron. I decided to put all my budget on the body. The car is 20 min south of nashville. I offered him $600 and he said OK, but then I backed out. He reposted it on craigslist for $750.
