2 X 72 Demon 340 cars both flor shift cars

I have two 72 Demons, both are 340 Stick cars, not sure if they were 3 or 4 speed cars as neather has fender tag or build sheets. One cars has a title the other car does not have a title. I am willing to get a title for the one car but it will be an addition $400.00 over the asking price, which will be $3700.00 for both cars. My intension was to take both cars and make one good car out of them as car #1 has a good body and car #2 is pretty rusty but complete with manual tranny. Here are the details on both cars:

Car #1

Vin on dash matches core support and rear package tray and has no title

There is no motor or tranny with this car and has a 7 1/4 rear in it

Car has the correct original K frame with power disk brakes and sway bar

will need lower 1/4 patch panels

passenger fender is dented as seen in picks

floor pans and trunk pans do have small holes in several area's

frame rails are very nice

no interior parts

cars has nice complete grille

Car #2

Vin on dash matches core support and package tray and has a title

Car has the complete matching numbers motor from oil pan to air cleaner with correct stick carb, manifolds, air cleaner and radiator

It has a 3 speed non numbers with bell hsg

8 3/4 rear will need backing plates and drums otherwise complete, i believe it is 3.23 open

car has correct k frame and non power manual brakes

body and frame rails are pretty much shot except the passenger fender that car #1 needs

complete interior with buckets and rare complete vinyl floor mat for a floor shift stick car in pretty nice shape

grille is busted

This is a cheap way into a nice body style with the High Performance attributes

A true Original 4-speed car will have a reverse light on the dash structure a 3-speed car does not have the reverse light on the dash

Here's a comment, car#2 is the rustiest a-body on the back end that i have ever seen. Same for the hood.
Car # 1 looks saveable, but IMHO, car #2 is just too rusty to restore. I would part it out and put it out of it's misery.
Too bad though, they are fairly rare cars.

part second and get title for first. Not many people don't like not having a title. You figure with the 340 3speed and 8 3/4 go with good one with title that should be a good $2000 $2500 car topped out at $3000 maybe
