I’d like to change my pics again

For the first two pics,
the rest stays the same thanks!!!

Here's your "Tuesday-before-the-event" reminder for the 7th annual AAA Insurance NHRA Midwest Nationals that starts Friday, September 21st. The second event of the 2018 Countdown.
The entry list currently shows:
20 Top Fuel
18 Funny Car
17 Pro Stock
19 Pro Stock Motorcycle

This might be another "weather" event.
The extended weather forecast calls for a high temp of 83F on Friday with light rain starting about noon and turning into thunderstorms from 2-5PM, a high temp of 91F on Saturday with rain starting about 4AM then turning into thunderstorms about 7AM and lasting the rest of the day. Light rain is supposed to end around 9AM on Sunday and then remain cloudy the rest of the day with a high temp of about 91F.

Get your picks posted and get your umbrellas out!

Oh, one more thing: competitionplus.com reports that John Gaydosh Jr. is done with NHRA Pro Stock. His car has been sold and is on the way to Sweden. He says he can't afford $170,000 for a new car to be competitive and doesn't have the $1-million annual sponsorship it takes to compete in Pro Stock. In the article on competitionplus.com he says shock absorbers alone are a $30,000 expenditure. That's just crazy.

Thanks for your patience waiting for the results from the Midwest Nationals. It's been a busy week at both work and home.
...and the Rams are on Thursday Night football tonight.
I'll get the results posted no later than Friday...but I'll leave you hanging with the fact that everyone, except 1 player, moved positions.

The extended weather forecast calls for a high temp of 88F on Friday with 60%-90% chance of thunderstorms starting at 9:00AM CDT and lasting until 3:00PM CDT, a high temp of 85F on Saturday with 60%-90% chance of thunderstorms starting at 6:00AM and lasting until 6:00PM, and 84F on Sunday with light rain starting at 6:00AM then turning into thunderstorms at 7:00AM and lasting until 3:00PM then back to rain until 10:00PM.
The Carolina Nationals are the following weekend so there's not much room for makeup rain dates.

Get your picks posted anyway and keep your fingers crossed!

Scoring error on the last event - I didn't pick up that '64BEL' locked in new Pro Stock and Pro Stock Motorcycle picks. His corrected total for the last event was 107.5 rather than 112.0. Correct game total to date is 2098.5.
The point totals and standings will be correct after this weekend.
Sorry for the confusion.

Congratulations to '64BEL' (FBBO) for winning the Top Qualifier title for the 2018 AAA Texas NHRA FallNationals with a very nice 29.0 bonus points by picking the #2 qualifier in both Top Fuel and Pro Stock, and the #3 pick in Funny Car and Pro StockMotorcycle.
'stroked340' (FABO) and 'johnnycuda' tied for the runner-up spot with 28.0 bonus points.
We have a visitor, 'gtxracer' (FBBO), playing this week who would have tied for the 3rd spot in qualifying with 26.5 bonus points. I hope he sticks around for the rest of the Countdown and then comes back as a regular player for the 2019 season.

Way to go!!
Good luck all in eliminations tomorrow!
