E/70/14 which is 25.7 the new tire would be 24.43 so i would gain some RPM right?

You’ll rpm higher at the same speed and have a lower top end speed.

well yeah thats what i meant rpm will be higher, not looking to gain anything.

That would not be a direction I would go in.
Look for the same diameter or slightly larger. 26 inch.
