I have 21) 273 adjustable rocker arms with spacers and hold downs. Check quantities for proper application. I think that I have more than enough in the pics. Most of the rockers has some surface rust. I'm not going to call it minor or major, you be the judge. A light honing should clean them up fine but dont hone to much or you'll open the clearances more than needed.
