My block and parts came back from my machine shop. Included in the package is a hydraulic compcam and lifters. I am not opposed to going hydraulic but do I have to change my rocker arms and push rods too? Or can I use the adjustable rockers that I have? Any advise?

The rockers will work but you will need different pushrods. (shorter ones)
I don't know the specific length but I'll bet someone that has swapped to hydraulic will chime in. tmm

I read through your build thread but did notice what you did for lifters, so what did you use?

I used a Isky E-4 solid lifter cam and their recommended lifters. Solid lifters are hollow to about half way down and use longer pushrods. tmm

It would probably be easiest to pick up a set of stock rockers and push rods.
