whats a rebuilt 1964 dodge 273 complete motor worth ? also value of rebuilt push button trans with push buttons and cables for same ?

With out asking any questions a completely rebuilt 273 carb to pan, depending what parts were used and possible HP output, maybe between $2800 to $3500 .That's if you have a market for it. Not many looking for a 273.
Assuming it's a a body transmission (non slip yoke),complete with converter, Maybe between $500 to $700.
This is just my thoughts.

We would need a whole lot more info to even make a guess. Fresh motor with no miles? Has it been broke in properly? What heads, intake, carb, cam, pistons, etc? If it's been run, how many miles are on it? Just street miles or has this engine been drag racing? Same questions for the transmission. What all was done to it? They will have a rather limited market, especially the transmission as it's technically a one year only transmission as a stock application. It will bolt into the earlier A-bodies as a V8 replacement however. To put it in a '65 might require some valve body linkage changes/modifications.

thinking about buying a 64 dart, seller has reciepts for $3000 in the motor rebuild, and $1000 in rebuilt 904 pb trans .body is bad 2 dr sedan would part the car out if i buy it, motor and trans are in the car and he is driving it now dont know what to offer him ?

maybe find another dart 63-64 roller ,and transplant everything over, then sell it, or do a pick apart deal ?
