2door 61 valiant

Hi, just joined the group. I have a low mileage 61 Valiant that I'm going to restore. It's totally stock right now 170 6 cyl 3 speed stick with under 60,000 on it.
Not sure whether to keep it totally stock or do some upgrades to the motor and interior. Definitely want to keep the body stock. I'd certainly appreciate any thoughts and or experiences anyone out there might have.

Lots of great info here (the 'search' tab at the top is your friend!)

Keep in mind that the '60 and '61 are different beasts than the rest (e.g. starter that works on everything else doesn't work on them - see post #15 on this thread: http://www.forabodiesonly.com/mopar/showthread.php?t=198784&highlight=mini+starter+terminal), so include the year of your car/engine when you ask questions.
