Oo, yeah, that is a bit high IMO as well. Doesn't run...no idea how long it's been sitting, so might need new brake parts...slight rust...no pictures of the trunk or floors...there may still be some cancer lurking below.

...otherwise, decent starting foundation...
 
Hmm, just looked a little closer and noticed front windscreen busted out...there's $400 plus whatever rust damage here in Texas...I know we're getting poured on out in Abilene.
 
If I didn't know any better you live near Sea-Tac area? Those are some nice deals-I like that second one...looks pretty nice, all there and runs!
 
Been through there once in '97-really pretty to look at. My brother lives/works up there now for Boeing.
 
if this is the guy i think it is, he cruises all the back roads buying up front yard sitters and "attempts" to flip them for a profit.... a quite substantial profit... im not knocking his theory, i just dont agree with the follow through
