3 Speed on the tree to the floor

I am thinking about purchasing a 73 duster with a 3 speed on the tree. What is all needed to convert it from the column to the floor?

Its a slant six car, I am not familiar with the manual transmissions that came in these cars. I figured i could buy the hump from AMD. Would it be easier to just convert the car to a 4 speed if i were to drop in a 360? I heard it was hard to find shifters for this tranny.

I pretty sure Hurst made about a million Indy three speed shifters back in the day. Might have to find one on ebay.
