I could not tell if the manifold was a clifford or a offenhauser?

Looks like Offy.

Definitely Offy. That's pretty incredible off an NA carbureted Slant. HotRod Magazine had to switch to EFI to get that kind of number. I'm curious as to what he did as well. Cool find.
