Found something on a bike forum that he did indeed get caught. From what someone was saying he entered into a plea agreement, gigantic fine and got to remain anonymous. Also said that he is a former Moto GP racer, which is not surprising.

Don't understand it but a different video. Problem as I see it is he was not doing anything wrong wen they "caught" him. What are they going to charge him with?

I was driving a buddy's 71 grand prix with a 65 421.
"Open it up" he said.
At 125, we passed a state trooper going the other way on the highway.
I started sweating bullets, and slowed down to pull over.
"WTF are you doing?" My bud said. "just get off at the next exit.
"You just passed him at 185 MPH. By the time he slows down and turns around, we''ll be 5 miles away."
I sped back up, and looked in the mirror, and the cop didn't even turn his lights on!
