I have a 318 out of a 69 coronet that I want to sell I did get motor running
And pulled it, would you clean it up and sell it as is or tear it down so you can see the condition of the motor

I'd use grase off to clean it and just sell it as is with what ever you know about it. Just be honest and say I don't know if ya don't know. It was a running engine....

if i'm going to buy a motor like that, i'd prefer to take it apart myself. that way i know what rods we're where, ect

if it is a runner , sell it as a runner. I bought a 67 318/727 "runner" for 400 bucks off CL. they don't bring a lot of money, but it seems to me you will get more if it runs

Depending on what you have laying around maybe it wouldn't be too much work to run it on the ground?
