I have a 318 motor that i bought a few months ago but i decided to rebuild my dusters slant six instead.. the motor was running when it was pulled on january first.. its a complete 318 just missing a few little things the motor is date coded 1980.. i believe it came out of a truck originally.. the motor is freshly painted a red-orange color.. has a 4 barrel edelbrock performer intake manifold, chrome valve covers, chrome air cleaner, chrome oil breather cap, new water pump still in the box, rebuilt thermoquad carb with a mr.gasket spacer.. things it needs: pulleys, alternator, fan, belts, and other small misc parts...

Im asking $350

it looks like a 360 and where at in cali i will be flying up there in march and driving back let me know

Why do you think that?

I agree..why???

AFAIK...all the small block engines appear the same from the outside. I have a 318 in my Duster that people think is a 340. I guess they think so because it's orange??

I know that if you are looking down in the engine bay and see a balancer that is thick, it is probably a 360 (assuming stock here) unless it is one of those '73 or so cast crank 340 engines which take a different balancer.

no need to guess 318, 340, 360, will be cast on the side of the block how about a close up pic?

The engine has 318 stamped on it so unless its bored and different crank or something this thing is a 318 haha i checked for shipping to north carolina and its about $400 i am about 35 to 45 mins away from fresno, right near visalia.

wanted to say thank you for the trade i will get your valve cover sent off as soon as i can and i will bring the rest when i fly in to cali
