late 70s 318. Was running in a car, pulled and freshened. Block was dingle ball honed, new freeze plugs, new rings and rod bearings, stock main bearings looked good so they were re-used. Comp XE268H cam (used) installed with new Summit lifters, Rollmaster timing chain (used) so cam could be degreed to 103. Oil pump was cleaned and received a MP high pressure spring. Heads are 596 360 heads, received some minor bowl porting, back cut the intake valves, hot tanked, new rubber seals, valves lapped in, springs shimmed .050. Weiand Action+ Plus intake installed with Edelbrock bolts and new gaskets all the way around. Again, this is not a rebuild, this was done with a budget in mind.
