318 poly heads?

A quick check on the speedo would be to drive down the interstate.
Check the odometer at one mile marker to the next.
The odometer should read exactly one mile.
Do the math and see how far the speedo is off.

i get about 20 mpg with my poly in my 65 sweptline if i keep it around 55-60 mph. thats with the stock 2 bbl carb.

Will the 318 Poly fit in a pre-'67 A?

I know one of the main reasons the LA engine was designed was because the Poly motor wouldn't fit in the A bodies. "Wouldn't fit" from a production standpoint, though, might just mean it couldn't be installed from underneath on the assembly line.

Anybody ever try to drop one in?
