I am currently at the Charlotte show. Saw a guy selling a complete 340 6 pack setup including air cleaner . The sticker price……$1600 if anyone is interested

At mats, a guy was asking $1200 for a manifold only, the three carbs new are around $2000, and a repop aar/ t/a aircleaner is $600. Then there is the linkages, and fuel lines....
I would have bought it for that.... and I don't even have a small block! I'd use the carbs on my 440 manifold, and turn the intake and air cleaner, probably for close to that $1600. FREE CARBS!

Prices on the web are higher than most swap meet stuff, many swap meet guys are low on their stuff so if you want stuff cheap you need to get out and do some digging....there are always deals!
I bet both intake set-ups could be bought for $3k, or possibly offer $2800 for the pair and he might bite...still a decent chunk of money but they are a deal that’s for sure!

Maybe for everything new. Certainly not fora setup that needs a complete rebuild.

That price is probably realistic for a set requiring a complete rebuild. I personally know the guy and he’s usually on the high side on everything he sells to the general public. He’ll be at Rockingham next week with them and Farmington Dragway on May 5th if they are still available.

Only the OP can tell us if these were the ones that he had seen for sure but it’s a coincidence that there would be 3 sets of 6-pac set ups for sale at one show for $1600.
