That thing sounds awesome!!!
Any work done to the heads? I'm building a '68 340 at the moment, plan to use edelbrock RPM's, already have the intake and a 770 Street Avenger with a Lunati cam. Same compression ratio. If I can get mine anywhere near that output I'd be thrilled. And it sounds sweet!

The heads have some bowl work done and port matched with the intake.
It would not be making that kind of power if I built it, guaranteed. It was built by a local engine builder.
The hydraulic roller cam is a custom grind, and I suspect it's responsible for a chunk of that power.
The RPM heads are great. Good luck with yours!

Thanks for the info! I'm sure the custom roller is responsible for some of that hp, but boy does that thing sound awesome! I'm hoping for around 400 hp, though the more I see the more I think it shouldn't be a big problem to get there. Thanks again!

Hahaha. Yeah, we are! Good times.
That's in there somewhere. It was 462 ft-lbs at 4300RPM and 458HP at 6000RPM.
