Kind of a loaded question. Do you have ANY heads, or do you have a set of "not" original heads?
Depends on that and how much money you have / want to spend.
Depends on whether you want to spend some on porting, etc
And, it depends on the "deal" you fall into / come across. In my area, finding good useable sets of Mag heads is kinda difficult.

How about, sell the 340 bottom end and buy a complete junkyard magnum, and be way ahead of the game? They go 200k+ without bore wear.
