340 HP exhaust manifolds, coated

This is a set of the 68-70 340 manifolds. A previous owner has had them either power coated, or HPC coated, I don't know how to tell the difference on cast. I know glass beading them did not phase the coating.
Date codes are 11139 and 11209, heat riser is stuck, and center plate is gone.
