360/440 swap

im considering swapping my 360 to a 440 I was wondering if anyone has done that in my kind of car and how hard it would be and what all has to be changed I have a 76 dart sport also if any one has done it do you have any pics thasnks

lol yeah its been done just look at the similar threads section at the bottom of this page
 
but I havent read many suggestions..as to stiffen the frame or not..can it handle a 440 with out torque boxes or frame connectors
 
Welded frame connectors are your friend in any performance application, even small blocks. Welded into the floor is even better. Tied into a roll bar/cage is best, if you go that far.

As for parts other than k-member/Schumacher adapter mounts - trans (bellhousing bolt pattern is different) and radiator. (Inlet/outlets are in different locations and bigger wouldn't hurt.)

Downsides are making it more nose-heavy, tight headers and spark plug access.
