360 and stoker kit questions.

That all depends on the cam, exhaust and how much the head can flow

well this is my first build. so what would you guys reccomend for a 360 ?
only thing i know i want so far is the flomaster 40 series exhaust.
headers and cam i dont know yet.

need alot more info to send you in the right direction. whats the cars inteded use? street or strip??? also what is your budget??? what heads are you running???? also please list the transmision, rear gears, tire size and suspenion.

Street, about 3k for engine. as for the rest sadly im not there yet.
any suggesions is greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

with a budget of 3 grand total i say you could pick up a junkyard magnum, put some aluminum heads on it ootb and make 350 at the crank with stock internals and an r/t camshaft

Well, I'd say your off to a poor start then. If you were closer I'd GIVE you the blowmasters off of my dart. There are better mufflers out there that don't drone on and on as you cruise down the highway.

If this is your first engine, I would find a 360 core. Change the pistons, cam shaft, add intake and headers. You should be good to go for less than $3000.

Or you could build a stroker like I'm doing, and have closer to $10k in it!!
