360 drivers side valve train clicking noise.
On the drivers side. Pulled valve cover oil not making it up to rockers to lubricate.
Possible clogged valley to upper valve train. Everything else was checked oil pressure 60 lbs. Clicking goes with RPMs
No money right now. Any suggestions that are sane. Can the car be driven ?
Solid lifter cam. Mechanic tells me new cam lifters. Like 1500 to 2000 to repair ?
Probably have to save cash then repair.
This car is giving me trouble ever since I purchased it. But I love my Mopar.
Not to many Mopar people in my area to help me. Or they refuse to help.
Thanks

You sure solid lifters? Then it has adjustable rockers. You might just try adjusting the rockers correctly. If they are way out, the oil holes can get misaligned and not oil the rockers. Find out what the valve lash is and adjust them correctly.

Did you check the valve lash?
With the valve cover off, start the engine and see if you can make a mess.
No oil? Take the rocker assembly off and inspect it.

I'm running Vavoline 10w30 dumped liquid moly in on the oil change and used some Lucas lifter clean
Somebody said to switch back to pure Synthetic might open the oil valleys.
Valve cover is coming back off soon
Rocker assembly seems correct

Type of oil won’t change a thing.
Take pics of your set up the way it is when you pull the valve cover. Good clear pics, and post them.

Prob has adjustable valvetrain on one side and the bolt down Hydraulic rocker shaft in the noisy side...people do strange stuff when selling a car...if I recall correctly isn't there mods for a solid cam? like oil passages being plugged?

What about pulling the drivers side valve cover and wire cleaning and air pressure carb cleaner oil passages at rockers ?
Thoughts

pulling a valve cover should be done regardless, see what you got cookin' man. who knows what's going on in there.

after that then you can assess next steps.

pull a cover. take pics. let's see where you're at. don't abandon hope, it may be something incredibly simple.

There’s a crap ton of mopar people right here ready and willing to help you.
Step 1 Pull valve covers.
step 2 take pics.
Step 3 post pics.

I'm here in Deltona, If I can help. Like others said, pull the valve covers and take a few photos. The experts can then chime in.
