1973 Dart, Auto, original 318 car, now has 360 that was in the car when I got it.

I have the stock replacement #2325 Dorman style motor mount on the way for the passenger side.

Today I got the #2326 mount for the driver's side.
It doesn't look like the one that was on there. The existing mount doesn't look right anyway, it didn't touch the block on the rear mount side. I think someone used another passenger side mount on there.
Anyway, I don't think the one I have will work with the bosses on the block, I was told this was a 76 block, but there's a 79 stamp on it.
Did they change the mounting bosses on the block by 79?
Can I do the backwards passenger side mount again on the driver's side?

Common issue. Just do a search.
Rather than retype everything, just read this:
360 CI mtor mounts.
You just need a few spacers to make 318 brackets (which is all you can get new anymore) work.
Better yet, just put new isolators in the original brackets, they're made better than the replacements available now, which are junk-but can be made to work with some effort. The driver's side bracket just needs a ~1/2" spacer (or stack of washers) on the rear lug.
The motor mount brackets always go behind the block ears, which never changed during the 360's lifetime, even on Magnum blocks. It was only different from the 273/318 motors and the 340/360s.

That was perfect. The previous owner did use 2 Passenger Mounts, the one I got is a 318 Driver's side so I'll use the washers to make it work.
Thank you.
