360 heads?

so i just stummbled across some 360 heads and i have a 318...should i use them on my 318? pros? cons?​

I would say if it's a street car with hwy gears no. But it realy depends on what else you are doing to the motor, and the rest of your combo. If your just doing a mild build the stock heads will be ok just be sure to change valve springs with any cam upgrade. I have allways favored 318 heads on a 318 unless it's goinmg to be a race set up. You can get to around 300 HP with the stockl heads. Alot of folks install the 1.88 and 1.60 valves with a little clean up and gasket match the ports. If you do install the 360 heads I would think about milling them to get the compression up.
