i just got a 360 from this guy, supposedly out of a motor home, anyway i just finished cleaning it up and now that i have it taken apart i cant decide how to build it. i would like anywhere from 300-375 HP if i can. any suggestions? This is my first rebuild. i have some ideas im just looking for some third party opinions

A great way to start a project is a simple rebuild with the pistons you want to use. From there, all can be planned out easy. The problem so far is that theres a huge difference between 300 and 375 HP.
300 HP is achieved easy. Copy the stock 340's and add headers. Keep the compresion a bit lower for pump gas useage. Zero deck should be good for the pistons. Or just shy.

good cam, but i wouldn't use it if you are only going for 300
this cam will shine if you are looking for 375+
