Built 360 LA. 1978 block, bored .030 over, cross hatching still visible. Comes complete intake to pan, including cam. It has j heads with 2.02 valves, and an LD340 aluminum intake. Also included are a body headers, solid motor mounts, a smallblock 727 core that needs rebuilt and new high compression head gaskets. Can include a distributor if needed and a carb. What's the story on the pistons? They look a bit off to me. Did all the valves hit the pistons?

They're just reliefs that someone made. I did not put these pistons in myself so I cant tell you why they did that. But the valves and everything are fine and everything is clean so no valves hit anything. I bought this to finish putting back together and drop into my car but I just dont have the time so I figured I'd sell it to someone who could use it instead of it sitting for years cause it's nice.

It was removed because the 4-speed behind it needed work. I'm not sure why it was torn down, but I'm sure if someone gives it a once over and drops it in, it'll run great. My plan was to drop the oil pan and inspect it and then put it back together and use it

Pistons are L2405 .030
