360 magnum coolent temp sensor

So I have a 318/360 magnum hybrid running a mopar performance duel plane intake manifold, I have an after market coolent temp sensor which I had to run into my radiator, because I couldnt find a spot to run it on my intake manifold, The stock coolent temp sensor for the magnum is a 2 wire so i couldnt run it with my stock gauage, anyone know of a temp sensor that will work for my intake manifold?

You could just run a mechanical temp gauge and capillary tube sensor.

I am running a mechanical guage, but the probe is waaaay to big to fit in my intake manifold, unless i remove my heater core hoses....
