Im building a 360 magnum for my 70’ Dart. Has anyone used flat top pistons with valve eyebrows instead of the dished factory pistons?

There are multiple people here that have. The first two slugs that come to mind are the Keith Black “KB 107” and the Sealed Power pistons which are I think H116CP, ahhh, pictured below.

These are actually LA pistons which do sit below deck. The Magnum has a slightly shorter deck than the LA, so zero decking these should be easier. Have the machinist or yourself do the math.

Both of these are Hyperutecic pistons. Excellent for the street and strip, light weight and coated skirts on the sealed power slugs, not the KB-107’s the last time I ordered a set.

I run these at a zero deck height and with Edelbrock and Trick Flow heads on pump gas street cars, both are .030-360 engines.

Im running EQ heads with 2.02 valves, a .565 lift cam on stock rods and crank. Just trying to get as much out of this bottom end without having to change the crank and rods. Think there willbe any issues with my set up? Just trying to grab as much info withouttesting and fail. Parts are exspensive! LOL!
