Did you run them with the 454 lift cam?

I did not run them with this cam. My current 360 is std. bore. I was going to use these with it, but did not need to bore my motor. So, here they are now.

Will these work in a magnum block and magnum heads? Like 97 truck 5.9?

I think they would work in a magnum. That may be a question for someone who had tried to do it. The Magnums do have thinner rings, but the rest should be the same.
