I bought the factory correct bolt kit from mancini racing. there is also one bolt that has a double sided bolt that im not sure if thats for ground or what. it also had two thing taht look like a spacers here are the links first one shows part of whats included http://www.manciniracing.com/19340360hpex.html alos ther are some sleeves which i dont even know ahat those are for. heres a link to those http://www.manciniracing.com/19340hpexmas.html

All of em I've ever seen had a stud at each outer far end.

Thats what I thought just whanted to make sure, Iactually have some hedman headers in place but with the slant six conversion mounts the front tube is hitting the power sterring gear box. I think I drilled the hole a little high on the drivers side for the motor mount. I had a bad feeling about trying to run the headers in a slant six conversion. what a pain in the ***.

Drilled what hole? To do with conversion mounts? Not familiar with 'em

The two studs go on the outside exhaust holes.

The two long bolts go in the next holes opposite those on the same flanges.

The short bolts usually go in the two center holes on the head.

Each one gets a conical washer...

The reason that the outer holes take studs and nuts is that they are the only ones that go into the water jacket - use the studs and you don't have to drain the coolant to take the exhaust off. This is to remind you to use thread sealant or the studs will leak water...
